| 摘 要： | 肠道黏膜免疫系统异常反应所致的炎症反应在炎症性肠病(IBD)的发病中起重要作用。糖皮质激素(GC)是治疗IBD的常用药物,其通过与糖皮质激素受体(GR)结合来调节细胞内基因的表达,进而产生一系列生物学效应。现已发现人类GR与IBD的发生以及GC的治疗反应密切相关,本文就此作一综述。

| Abstract: | Inflammatory response caused by the abnormal response of intestinal mucosal immune system plays an important role in the pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease （IBD）. Glucocorticoid （GC） is frequently used for treating IBD, GC regulates intracellular gene expression via binding with glucocorticoid receptor （CR）, thereby producing a series of biological responses. Some studies have found that human GR has close correlation with the development of IBD and with the therapeutic response to GC. This article gave a review on these topics. |
