桃红四物汤对骨折临床证候疗效的分析研究

目的:观察桃红四物汤对骨折初期临床症状、体征的疗效。方法:将60例新鲜四肢骨折患者随机分为2组。治疗组33例用桃红四物汤(处方:桃仁、红花、当归、生地黄、赤芍、川芎)治疗;对照组27例用伤科跌打片治疗。2组均以15天为1疗程。并在治疗第2、5、10、15天4个时相点进行临床症状、体征的计分对比研究。结果:治疗组显效18例,有效14例,无效1例,总有效率为96.97％;对照组显效1例,有效20例,无效6例,总有效率为77.78％。2组总有效率比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);总体症状、体征改善程度各时相点明显优于对照组(P<0.01);单项症状、体征比较,2组疼痛、肿胀缓解明显,改善程度治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01),2组瘀斑、局部压痛、功能障碍等体征均有不同程度缓解,治疗组改善稍优于对照组。结论:桃红四物汤对骨折初期主要临床症状、体征有明显缓解作用,是活血祛瘀法治疗骨折的有效方剂之一。

A Study on the Curative Effect of Taohong Siwu Tang on Fracture

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Taohong Siwu Tang(TST)on the symptoms and signs of initial stage of fracture. Methods: 60 cases of fresh limbs fracture were allocated to 2 groups randomly. Treatment group(33 cases) was treated by TST (composed of Semen Persicae Flos Carthami, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radic Rehmanniae, Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Rhizoma Chuanxiong), control group(27 cases) by Dieda Pian. 15 days constituted a course of treatment in both groups, the scoring of clinical symptoms and signs on 2nd, 5th, 10th and 15th day were compared. Results: In treatment group, 18 cases were markedly effective, 14 cases effective and 1 case ineffective, the total effective rate being 96.97% and 1, 20, 6 and 77.78% respectively in control group ( P < 0. 01). The improvement of total symptoms and signs in various times of treatment group was markedly superior than that of control group ( P < 0.01); the comparison of single symptom and sign, pain of both groups and improvement on relieving swelling of treatment group was markedly superior than that and of control group ( P < 0. 01); the ecchymosis, local tenderness and dysfunction were relieved individually, but the treatment group was superior than that of control group. Conclusion: TST is effective for relieving the chief symptoms and signs of initial stage of fracture.
