| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨乳突根治术腔修复的方法。方法：中耳术腔采用耳甲腔成形及肌骨膜瓣、骨粉填塞。结果：28例术后随访3个月～2年,全部乳突术腔消失,外耳道接近正常,全部获得干耳,无需定期清理。10耳同期鼓室成形,术后气导听力提高15db。结论：该术式对开放式乳突根治术有明显疗效,利于鼓室成形术。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the methods of obliterating mastoid cavity.Methods:Conchoplasty autogenous bone pate and postauricular musulo-periosteal-bone flap were used in open mastoidectomy.Result:This team include 28cases,all the cases were followed up for 3months to 2 years.We found all the remnant mastoid cavities were obliterated.The external acoustic meatus became normal mostly.All the patients maintained a dry mastoid cavity and they need not clear their ears regularly.The tympanoplasty was performed in 10 ... |
