| 摘 要： | ①目的 探讨经会阴穿刺电化学治疗不适合开放或电切手术的前列腺增生症的效果。②方法 病人取截石位 ,局麻下经会阴穿刺 ,置针于前列腺两侧叶内行电化学治疗。③结果 2 0例中 17例经 1～ 2次电化学治疗后 ,残余尿、前列腺体积与治疗前比较均有显著差异 (t=2 .73、2 .66,P <0 .0 5 )。④结论 经会阴穿刺前列腺电化学治疗前列腺增生症效果较好 ,值得基层医院推广

| Abstract: | Objective To study the therapeutic effect by transperineal electrochemistry for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in patients unsuitable for open surgery or transurethral resection. Methods The patient was placed in lithotomy position, a transperineal puncture done under local anesthesia, the needles were then inserted into both lateral lobes of the prostate for the therapy. Results In 20 cases treated, 17 cases of them improved significantly, after 1 to 2 treatment, residual urine, and volume of the prostate compared with the parameters before the treatment (t=2.73, 2.66, P<0.05). Conclusion The outcome of transperineal electrochemical therapy for BPH is good and it is worthy to be popularized at grass-roots hospitals. |
