| 摘 要： | 与国际标准接轨，是新世纪医院质量管理新动向。医院追求高质量，必须采用高标准。ISO国际标准是发达国家质量管理经验的结晶，提出建立质量管理体系是重大贡献，医院应积极采用。但应考虑自己的总体条件，做好思想发动，选好咨询公司，讲究实际效果。

| Abstract: | Keeping up with International Standard is the new tendency of this century. In order to pursue high quality, hospitals must adopt high standard. It is one of the great contributions for ISO international standard (which is the soul of quality management in developed countries ) to bring forth the quality management system, and hospitals should adopt it actively. When using this system, hospitals must considerate their own situation, advocate their staff, and make good choices of consulting company. The most important thing is its actual effect. |
