跟骨骨折的临床治疗进展

跟骨骨折作为最常见的跗骨骨折,虽然过去几十年对跟骨的解剖结构及生物力学研究比较彻底,非手术治疗和手术治疗对不同的跟骨骨折类型都获得了满意的疗效,但不恰当的治疗方式会影响其临床疗效,导致严重的并发症,手术治疗的方式较多,选择何种手术方式存在争议。目前,由于微创手术技术、关节镜辅助技术的发展应用,对骨折复位和软组织的保护具有重要意义。本文对近年来跟骨骨折临床治疗中的新进展进行阐述。

Progress in clinical treatment of calcaneal fractures

Calcaneal fracture is the most common tarsal fracture,although the anatomical structure and biomechanics of calcaneus have been studied thoroughly in the past few decades,non-operative treatment and surgical treatment have achieved satisfactory results for different types of calcaneal fracture.However,inappropriate treatment will affect its clinical efficacy,leading to serious complications.There are many ways of surgical treatment and the choice of surgical treatment of calcaneal fracture is controversial.At present,due to the development and application of minimally invasive surgery and arthroscopy-assisted therapy,it is of great significance for fracture reduction and soft tissue protection.This article reviews the new progress in clinical treatment of calcaneal fracture in recent years.
