多模态MRI对子宫内膜癌术前分期与分级的诊断价值

目的探究子宫内膜癌术前分期与分级采取多模态MRI诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院2017年1月~2018年12月期间收入50例子宫内膜癌患者,所有患者经病理活检组织确诊,并采取MRI扫描及处理分析,另选取50例正常健康体检者作为对照组,分析诊断结果。结果 50例子宫内膜癌患者中,Ⅰa期26例,Ⅰb期8例,Ⅱ期2例,Ⅲa期2例,Ⅲb其1例,Ⅲc期1例,其中,误诊例数为10例,Ⅰa期4例,Ⅰb期2例,Ⅱ1例,Ⅲa期2例,Ⅲc期1例,子宫内膜癌患者中各期D值均低于正常子宫肌层,>30sD值比较无差异(P>0.05),60s、90s、120s、150s、180s差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),子宫内膜癌患者中各期ER值均低于正常子宫肌层,>30sER值比较无差异(P>0.05),E60s、E90s、E120s、E150s、E180s差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜癌术前分期及分级过程中采取多模态MRI诊断,对疾病治疗及预后起着重要作用。

Diagnostic Value of Multimodal MRI in Preoperative Staging and Grading of Endometrial Cancer

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of multimodal MRI in preoperative staging and grading of endometrial cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 50 cases of endometrial cancer in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018. All the patients were confirmed by pathological biopsy, and were scanned and processed by MRI. Another 50 healthy persons were selected as control group to analyze the diagnosis results. Results Among 50 cases of endometrial cancer, 26 cases were stage Ⅰa, 8 cases were stage Ⅰb, 2 cases were stage Ⅱ, 2 cases were stage Ⅲa, 1 case was stage Ⅲb and 1 case was stage Ⅲc. Among them, 10 cases were misdiagnosed, 4 cases were stage Ⅰa, 2 cases were stage Ⅰb, 1 case was stage Ⅱ, 2 cases were stage Ⅲa, 1 case was stage Ⅲc. The D values of each stage in endometrial cancer patients were lower than those in normal myometrium, and there was no difference in the value of >30 sD(P>0.05), 60 s, 90 s, 120 s, 150 s and 180 s, there were significant differences(P<0.05). ER values in different stages of endometrial cancer patients were lower than those in normal uterine myometrium, >30 sER values had no difference(P>0.05), there were significant differences in E60 s, E90 s, E120 s, E150 s and E180 s(P<0.05). Conclusion Multimodal MRI diagnosis plays an important role in the treatment and prognosis of endometrial cancer.
