摘    要:目的研究二维码(quick response,QR)在创伤数据录入中的应用效果。方法30名护理人员前瞻性对2016年1月—2018年6月急诊科收治的创伤患者数据(包括患者基本信息、院前信息、急诊科、放射科/实验室检查、手术/ICU处置、咨询、出院信息、财务)分别进行手动录入(手动录入组,n=15)和二维扫码录入(扫码录入组,n=15),对比两组的录入时间、准确性以及系统可用性量表(SUS)评分。结果15例患者创伤数据:扫码录入组录入用时间(53.7±1.4)min显著少于手动录入组(75.0±1.8)min;25例患者创伤数据:录入时间,扫码录入组vs.手动录入组:(83.7±1.7)min vs.(106.4±10.7)min;30例患者创伤数据:录入时间,扫码录入组vs.手动录入组:(98.5±2.8)min vs.(128.1±2.8)min;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手动录入和扫码录入的准确率随录入人数的增加呈降低趋势,但两组录入的准确率差异无统计学意义。扫码录入组SUS评分(78.4±9.1)分,显著高于手动录入组(61.5±8.3)分(P=0.002<0.05)。结论通过二维码扫描可以完成创伤数据录入工作,并能提高创伤数据录入效率,且更容易被工作人员接受。

The application of quick response code for trauma data entry system

Abstract:Objective To examine the utility of quick response(QR)code for data collection and entry into the hospital s trauma registry.Methods This is a prospective observational study conducted at the Huazhong University of Science and Technology Union Shenzhen Hospital from Jan.2016 to Jun.2018.Thirty nursing staff from the emergency department(ED)were selected.The group was then divided by random into manual entry group(15 nursing staff)and QR group(15 nursing staff).Patients basic demographics,information pertinent to pre-hospital and in-patient stay(ED,laboratory data,radiological findings,surgical intervention,ICU,hospital discharge and financial data)were collected.Primary outcome was data entry time,data accuracy and system usability score(SUS)between the two groups.Results Time used for data entry was significantly lesser in the QR group compared to manual entry group(53.7±1.4)minutes vs.(75.0±1.8)minutes,(P<0.05)in 15 cases;(83.7±1.7)minutes vs.(106.4±10.7)minutes,(P<0.05)in 25 cases and(98.5±2.8)minutes vs.(128.1±2.8)minutes,P<0.05 in 30 cases].There was no statistical difference in data accuracy between the two groups.The SUS was significant higher in the QR group(78.4±9.1)points vs.(61.5±8.3)points,(P=0.002)].Conclusion The utility of QR code for data entry into the trauma registry is feasible,with possible improvement in data entry efficiency and may be more easily accepted by nursing staff.
