血清及脑脊液PCT检测联合MRI对中枢神经感染诊断价值

目的观察血清及脑脊液降钙素原(PCT)水平检测联合磁共振成像(MRI)对中枢神经感染的诊断价值。方法选取100例中枢神经感染患者纳入观察组,并取同期21例非脑炎头痛患者纳入对照组,均行MRI检查、血清及脑脊液PCT检测,比较两组MRI阳性率、血清及脑脊液PCT水平与阳性率。结果观察组病毒性脑膜炎、化脓性脑膜炎、结核性脑膜炎MRI阳性率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清及脑脊液PCT水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病毒性脑膜炎、化脓性脑膜炎、结核性脑膜炎血清及脑脊液PCT阳性率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血清及脑脊液PCT水平检测联合MRI有助于临床准确诊断人体中枢神经感染疾病,为患者有效治疗提供可靠诊断信息。

Diagnostic Value of Level Detection of PCT in Serum and Cerebrospinal Fluid Combined with MRI for Central Nervous Infection

Objective To observe the diagnostic value of level detection of procalcitonin(PCT) in serum and cerebrospinal fluid combined with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) for central nervous infection. Methods 100 patients with central nervous infection were enrolled in observation group, and 21 patients with non-encephalitis headache in the same period were enrolled in control group. All patients underwent MRI, serum and cerebrospinal fluid PCT examination. The positive rate of MRI, level and positive rate of serum and cerebrospinal fluid PCT were compared between the two groups. Results The MRI positive rates of viral meningitis, purulent meningitis and tuberculous meningitis in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). The PCT level in serum and cerebrospinal fluid of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The serum and cerebrospinal fluid PCT positive rates of viral meningitis, purulent meningitis and tuberculous meningitis in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The level detection of PCT in serum and cerebrospinal fluid combined with MRI can help accurately diagnose central nervous infection in human body, and provide reliable diagnosis information for effective treatment of patients.
