| 摘 要： | 目的探讨纤维支气管镜灌洗治疗难治性肺部感染的临床疗效。方法37例难治性肺部感染患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组在常规治疗基础上采用纤支镜灌洗治疗，单纯全身抗感染治疗作为对照组。结果治疗组总有效率为94．74％，对照组总有效率为61．11％，治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论经纤支镜灌洗治疗难治性肺部感染是安全有效的方法之一．具有一定的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the curative effect of bronchofiberscopic lavage in the treatment of refractory pulmonary infection. Methods 37 patients with refractory pulmonary infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The routine therapy was used in both groups, besides this,the treatment group was added with bronehofiberscopic lavage. Results The total response rate resulting from the treatment group was 94.74%,but the control group was 61.11%,the curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion Using bronchofiberseopic lavage for refractory pulmonary infection has a certain clinical significance, the clinical effect is well and safe. |
