| 摘 要： | 目的观察桂哌齐特治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床效果及安全性。方法将82例稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各41例，两组均给予常规治疗，在此基础上，治疗组加用马来酸桂哌齐特注射液静脉滴注，对照组加用丹参注射液静脉滴注，1次／d，连用14d。结果治疗组的临床疗效和心电图疗效均显著优于对照组（P均〈0．05）。两组治疗后的心绞痛发作次数及硝酸甘油用量比较，治疗组低于对照组，差异有极显著性（P〈0.001）。治疗组未见明显不良反应。结论桂哌齐特是治疗稳定型心绞痛安全有效的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects and safety of cinepazide in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris. Methods 82 cases with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Two groups received regular drugs, in addition, the treatment group receiving intravenously cinepazide maleate injection and control group receiving intravenously Danshen injection qd for 14 days. Results The clinical and ECG effects of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group （both P〈0.05）. After treatment, the attack times of angina pectoris and dosage of usingnitroglycerin in therapy group were obviously lower than those in control group （both P〈 0.001 ）. The treatment group had few side effect. Conclusion Cinepazide is an effective and safe drug for stable angina peetoris. |
