腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠保留输卵管术前应用米非司酮的价值

目的探讨腹腔镜保守性手术治疗输卵管妊娠术前用米非司酮药物杀灭胚胎，以减少术中出血及减轻术中对输卵管内膜损伤的临床价值。方法自2003-2007年在该院生育期女性血β-HCG〈8000miu／L要求保留输卵管的患者90例。随机分为3组，每组30例，A组为单纯保守手术组，B组为术前使用米非司酮组，C组为术前使用氨甲喋呤，考察指标为手术时间、手术中出血量、术后输卵管通畅率、宫内妊娠率。结果B组、C组指标与A组比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论腹腔镜保守性治疗输卵管妊娠术前使用米非司酮有推广价值。

Valuation of giving mifepristone before keeping tuba of ectopic pregnacy by laparoscope

Objective Discussing valuation of giving mifepristone before keeping tuba of ectopic pregnaey by laparoseope,to make the embryo inactive to reduce bleeding and damage of the fallopain tube endometrium during operation. Methods equally divide the 90 patients into three groups,those patients who were youth women of beelding period need to keep their tuba ang blooding HCG〈8000miu/L in my hospital from 2003 to 2007.The group A were treated by pure conservative operation ; The group B were treated by taking mifepristone before opration in addition,The group C were treated by taking methotrexate before operation in addition o inspect marker were operating time,bleeding during operation,unobstructed rate of fallopain tube after operation,intrauterine pregnancy rate of fallopain tube after oprration. Results The result of group B was much better than the group A,the differences were significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Giving mifepristone before the Conservative Laparoscopic Operation for Tubal Pregnancy is worthy.
