剖宫产术中子宫肌瘤剔除术临床研究

目的 对本院妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的孕妇在剖宫产时同时行子宫肌瘤剔除进行研究.方法 对2009年1月至2012年6月来我院住院治疗的妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的患者48例作为观察组,同时选择同期住院单纯行剖宫产术的孕妇100例作为对照组,比较两组手术前后情况及术后恢复情况.结果 两组手术时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余术中出血量、术后48 h阴道出血量、血红蛋白下降值、术后肠蠕动恢复时间、手术切口愈合时间、手术后并发症、恶露干净时间与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 妊娠合并子宫肌瘤孕妇行剖宫产术同时进行子宫肌瘤剔除安全可靠,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical Research of Myomectomy during Cesarean Section

Objective To study Clinical effects of Myomectomy during Cesarean Section.Methods 48 cases of pregnant women with uterine fibroids in our hospital from January 2009 to June 2012 was as observation group,while 100 cases with simply cesarean section as control group.Two sets of circumstances before and after surgery and postoperative recovery were compared.Results There was statistically significant between two groups about operation time(P<0.05).There was no significant difference(P>0.05) about the remaining amount of hemorrhage,48 h after vaginal bleeding,hemoglobin drop value,postoperative bowel recovery time,the surgical wound healing time,postoperative complications,lochia clean time.Conclusion Myomectomy during cesarean section is safe and reliable,worthy of clinical application.
