中西医结合治疗老年性骨质疏松症的临床效果观察

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗年性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的136例老年性骨质疏松症患者,随机分为3组,分别采取中医、西医单独治疗及中西医结合治疗,观察各治疗组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:检测3组患者治疗前后的骨密度值,治疗前3组的骨密度值差异不显著,具有进一步统计意义,而治疗后发现3组患者的骨密度值均有明显升高。比较各组的治疗总有效率,中西医结合治疗组高达95.0%,中医组86.9%,西医组79.2%。结论:中西医结合治疗老年性骨质疏松症疗效显著,具有明显优势,可大大改善老年人的日常生活水平,非常值得临床推广应用。

Clinical efficacy observation on treating senile osteoporosis in the integrative medicine

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on treating senile osteoporosis.Methods: 136 patients with senile osteoporosis were randomly divided into three groups,respectively to take TCM,Western medicine and integrative medicine,and to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of the three groups.Results: In three groups of patients before and after treatment of BMD,bone mineral density differences of the three groups before treatment was not significant,further statistical significance,three groups of patients with BMD were significantly increased after treatment.The total treatment groups were compared,in the combination therapy group up to 95.0%,86.9% of the TCM Practitioners Board,79.2% of the treatment group.Conclusion: Integrative treatment of senile osteoporosis efficacy significantly,has obvious advantages,can greatly improve the daily lives of the elderly,and very worthy of clinical application.
