肺癌的术后并发症与手术死亡率

目的 了解肺癌手术风险性及术后并发症的发生情况。方法 对l144例手术治疗的肺癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，了解术后不同时间内并发症的发生率及死亡率。结果 167例(14.6%)患者术后发生并发症，死亡25例(22％)。常见并发症有心律失常、支气管胸膜瘘、心功能不全、呼吸功能衰竭、脓胸、胸腔出血等。并发症多发生在术后1～3天，以心律失常、呼吸功能衰竭、胸腔出血和心功能不全多见。术后10天后并发症以支气管胸膜瘘多见。结论 肺癌手术存在一定风险，手术并发症多发生在术后l～3天，导致手术死亡的主要原因是呼吸功能衰竭。

Complications and Mortality Following Lung Cancer Surgery

Objective To evaluate the risk and complications after lung cancer surgery.Methods 1,144 patients of lung cancer who underwent surgery were studied.The complications and the mortality rate in different postoperative periods were analyzed.Results Complications occurred in 167 patients(14.6%) and mortality rate was 2.2%(25 cases).Main complications included arrhythmia,bronchopleural fistula,heart failure,respiratory failure,empyema and hemothorax.Most of the complications occurred within three postoperative days and they were arrhythmia,respiratory failure,hemothorax and heart failure.Bronchopleural fistulas mostly occured after 10 postoperative days.Conclusion There was a risk for patients of lung cancer to receive surgery and most complications occurred within 3 postoperative days.The Main reason leading to postoperative deaths was respiratory failure.
