某省血液中心差错分析及防范对策

采用回顾性研究法，对2007年～2012年江西省血液中心发生的219例差错进行归纳和分析发现：混合因素、工作疏忽或责任心欠缺、外界因素、违反制度或操作规程、知识欠缺等是差错发生的主要原因，差错主要发生地点为采血车和献血单位。采供血机构可通过实施全面质量管理，加强培训和质量监督，改善工作环境，设计科学合理的工作流程等进行改进。

Error Analysis and Countermeasures in Blood Center of One Province

A retrospective study method was used to investigate the 219 errors in Blood Center of Jiangxi Province in 2007 - 2012. The main reason for the errors were mixed factors, negligence or lack of sense of responsibility, external factors, violation of system or regulations, lack of knowledge. The errors occurred mainly at blood collet;tion vehicles and donation units. Blood collection agencies can be improved through the implementation of total quality management, enhancing training and quality supervision, improving the working environment, scientific and rational design of work processes.
