摘    要:目的 探讨解脲支原体(UU),沙眼衣原体(CT)感染与泌尿生殖道炎症之间的关系及预防和降低泌尿和生殖道感染的方法。方法 分别采用支原体培养,金标法对1522例患者的泌尿生殖道标本进行UU培养和药敏及CT检测。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU), Chlamydia trachomytis (CT) and urogenital tract infection and evaluate some factors which can possibly reduce the incidence of urogenital tract. Methods Mycoplasma culture and gold_sign divisor were used to detect UU and CT in samples of urogenital tract. The study included 1522 patients. Results 387 of 1522 patients were infected with UU. The rate of infection was 25.43%. Female infection rate 28.03% (344/1227) was found significantly higher than male infection rate 14.58%(43/295). 185 of 1522 patients were infected with CT. The rate of infection was 12.16%. While the difference between the female infection rate 12.39% (152/1227) and male infection rate 11.19% (33/295) was not significant (P>0.05). Co_infection of CT and UU was noticed in 102 patients. The rate of infection was 6.70%. 93.02% (360/387) was insensitive to drug in various extent. Conclusions UU and CT was correlated with urogenital tract infection. It is possible to reduce the incidence of urogenital tract by screening and treating for cervical UU and CT infection. [
