终末期肾病维持性血液透析患者死亡原因及相关因素分析

目的探讨终末期肾病维持性血液透析患者的死亡原因及其相关因素。方法回顾性分析在我院透析中心进行维持性血液透析的年龄小于60岁终末期肾病患者124例，探讨死亡患者死亡原因以及同期患者相关因素分析。结果死亡患者中死于心血管疾病15例（40．5％），脑血管疾病12例（32．4％），与对照组相比，死亡组患者透析开始时血肌酐水平显著，血脂水平高于对照组（P〈0．05））；而透析3个月时血肌酐、血浆白蛋白和血红蛋白显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）；高胆固醇、低血浆白蛋白、低血红蛋白是死亡的独立危险因素。结论心脑血管疾病是透析患者主要死亡原因，贫血、低蛋白血症，高胆固醇血症是死亡的独立危险因素。

Analysis of the death cause and its correlated factor in maintance hemodialysis patients

Objective To investigate the causes of death and their related factors in maintenance hemo-dialysis(MHD) patients.Methods All of 124 cases who underwent hemodialysis with the age below 60 years old were retrospective analysis in our hospital,the death cause of MHD and its correlated factors were studied.Results The causes of death were cardiac complications(15 cases,40.5%),cerebrovascular diseases(12 cases,32.4%) lower values of HGB,ALB,serum creatinine after hemodialysis with 3 months(P<0.05) and higher serum CHO,serum creatinine before hemodialysis(P<0.05) were found in the death cases than in the survival cases.the main correlat-ed risk factor were anemia,hypoalbuminemia,hypercholes.Conclusion Cardiovascular disease,cerebrvaxcular disease were the main death cause in MHD patients,the main correlated risk factor were anemia,hypoalbuminemia,hypercholesterolemia.
