青年失业人员自我和谐调查

目的探讨并揭示青年失业人员自我和谐现状。方法运用自我和谐量表(SCCS)对市内156名青年失业人员测验。结果青年失业人员的自我和谐程度低于常模,自我经验的不和谐(t=10.25,P<0.01),自我灵活性(t=8.16,P<0.01),自我刻板性(t=6.61,P<0.01)总体上呈偏态分布;青年失业人员的自我和谐程度不存在性别差异,不同性别之间的自我和谐相比,自我经验的不和谐(t=0.67,P>0.05),自我灵活性(t=1.19,P>0.05),自我刻板性(t=0.59,P>0.05);失业深刻地影响着自我和谐程度。结论青年失业人员的自我和谐程度低于常模,尤其是已婚青年失业人员,需要社会各界给予更多的关注。

Study on Self Consistency and Congruence of Young Unemployed Workers

Objective To explore the self consistency and congruence of young unemployed workers.Methods A total of 156 young unemployed workers were tested with SCCS.Results The self consistency and congruence state of young unemployed workers was lower than those of the common people,the disharmony on self and experience(t=10.25,P<0.01),the self-flexibility(t=8.16,P<0.01),the self-stereotype(t=6.61,P<0.01),it was skew distribution.There were no sexual differences in self consistency and congruence of young unemployed workers,the disharmony on self and experience(t=0.67,P>0.05),the self-flexibility(t=1.19,P>0.05),the self-stereotype(t=0.59,P>0.05).Unemployment affected the self consistency and congruence state greatly.Conclusion The self consistency and congruence state of young unemployed workers is low.Especially married young unemployed workers.They need more attention and help from social.
