术后随访在永久性心脏起搏器植入患者中的应用

目的探讨术后随访在永久性心脏起搏器植入患者中的应用效果。方法 2009年1月至2010年1月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院心内科住院行永久性心脏起搏器植入的患者86例,患者出院后每3个月对其进行1次电话随访,为期2年;采用Zung焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)和Zung抑郁自评量表(selfratingdepression scale,SDS)分别在患者出院前和出院后1及2年对其进行评估与比较。结果出院前、出院后1及2年,存在焦虑或抑郁症状的患者人数,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论术后长期、定期的随访,有利于减轻植入永久性心脏起搏器患者的焦虑及抑郁症状,有利于促进患者的术后康复。

Long-term Follow up Study of Psychological Effects in Patients with Permanent Pacemaker

Objective To observe the long-term psychological effects in patients with permanent pacemaker. Methods We included 86 consecutive patients with Permanent pacemaker from January 2009 to January 2010. Telephone follow-up were conducted every 3 months for two years. Zung Self rating Anxiety Scale and Zung Self rating Depression Scale were applied for measurements. The results were evaluated and psy- chological status of the patients in the respective groups were compared and analyzed. Results No signifi- cant difference was found in number of patients with anxiety or depression before discharge, 1 year and 2 years after discharge （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Conclusion Long-term and regular follow-up may contribute to alleviating the anxiety and depression symptoms for patients with permanent pacemaker and promoting postoperative rehabilitation.
