| 摘 要： | 目的:优选杜仲叶的最佳采收时期。方法:以高效液相色谱法测定不同采收时期杜仲叶中绿原酸的含量:色谱柱为Kro-masil-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5.0μm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(11:87),检测波长为327nm。结果:杜仲叶中绿原酸的含量在7月份时最高,为3.178%。结论:7月份是杜仲叶的最佳采收时期。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To optimize the harvest time of Eucommia ulmoides .METHODS： The content of Chlorogenic acid in Eucommia ulmoides harvested at different time was determined by HPLC on Kromasil-C18（250mm×4.6mm,5.0μm） .The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile- 0.4% HaPO4 solution（ 11 ： 87） with a detection wavelength of 327 nm. RESULTS： The content of Chlorogenic acid in Eucommia ulmoides harvested during July was the highest（at 3.178% ）.CONCLUSION： July turned out to be the optimum harvest time for Eucommia ulmoides. |
