| Abstract: | The indications for the tendon suture and autoplasty application for subcutaneous tendo calcaneus (Achilles) rupture were established as well as possibilities of the local anesthesy application during performance of operative intervention. The enzymotherapy performance after the operation had permitted to reduce the complications frequency. |
