山东地区冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者3号染色体基因扫描研究

摘    要:目的对冠心病患者及正常对照者的3号染色体进行扫描,查找与冠心病关联的遗传位点。方法在3号染色体上采用间隔为10?cM(厘摩)遗传距离的23个微卫星遗传标记,分别对156例冠心病患者和450名正常对照者的DNA混合池样本进行基因组扫描,采用CLUMP软件对比患者组与对照组等位基因频率的差异。结果在D3S1278(3q13.31)位点和D3S1300(3p14.2)位点患者组与对照组的等位基因频率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论山东地区冠心病患者群体中存在与3号染色体q13.31和p14.2区域的关联,致病基因或调控因子可能位于其附近。
