| 摘 要： | 目的评价卡维地洛对重度心力衰竭患者的近期疗效及安全性.方法选择心功能Ⅳ级患者68例,随机分为卡维地洛组(C组)34例和美托洛尔组(M组)34例,治疗前和治疗结束时评价心功能分级,用超声心动图(UCG)测量左室射血分数(LVEF).结果两组治疗后心功能均明显改善,射血分数增加,C组心功能的改善幅度大于M组(P＜0.05).结论重度心力衰竭患者应用卡维地洛治疗可明显改善心功能,近期疗效优于美托洛尔.

| Abstract: | Objectiue To evaluate the effects of carvedilol on ventricular function in patients with severe heart failure. Methods 68 patients with heart failure were randomly divided into C group and M group. C group was treated with carvedilol and M group were treated with metoprolo. All patients were followed up for 3 months. Their heart function were evaluated clinically and their left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were measured by UCG both before and after treatment. Results There were obvious improvements in heart function clinically and LVEF in all patients. The improvements in C group were much more marked than in M group (P < 0.05). Conclusions Treating severe heart failure with carvedilol is more beneficial than metoprolo. |
