超选择性供血动脉栓塞治疗肝血管瘤的护理

目的 :总结超选择性供血动脉栓塞治疗肝血管瘤的护理经验。方法 :为 7例巨大型肝血管瘤患者行超选择性供血动脉血栓治疗 ,强化心理护理 ,介绍有关介入治疗的知识。做好术前准备、术中配合、术后加强体位护理与巡视 ,治疗恶心、呕吐与发热。结果 :7例均痊愈出院 ,无 1例发生护理并发症 ,随访 3个月至 1年 ,瘤体缩小 5 0 %以上。结论 :肝血管瘤是肝脏常见的良性肿瘤 ,当瘤体直径 <4cm无症状时一般无需治疗 ;当瘤体直径 >4cm时以往考虑手术治疗 ,但手术创伤大 ,危险性大。现用超动脉栓塞治疗巨大型肝血管瘤 7例 ,简便安全 ,且无明显不良反应

Nursing about treatment of hepatic hemangioma by ultra selective embolism of supplying artery

Objective:To draw up nursing experiences about treatment of hepatic hemangioma by ultra selective embolism of supplying artery.Method:7 cases of huge hepatic hemangioma accepted selective embolism of supplying artery;psychological nursing provided relative knowledge about intervention therapy,clinical observation focus on posture,nausea,vormitting or fever.Result:7 cases all discharged from hospital satisfactorily.No nursing complication occur,hemangioma reduced to 50% of original size within 3 month follow up.Conclusion:Hepatic hemangioma with size of over 4 cm diameter often need therapy,selective embolism of supplying artery can treat them effectively.
