全程应用MEBT/MEBO救治严重烧伤的临床经验总结

目的:总结我院全程应用烧伤湿性医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)救治严重烧伤的临床经验.方法:统计最近8年来收治住院的重度以上烧伤病人162例,全部全程正规使用MEBT/MEBO技术治疗.结果:浅Ⅱ度创而治愈时间,平均7d全部表皮化愈合,深Ⅱ度创面平均22d也生理性愈合,浅Ⅲ度创面在35d±5d愈合;总治愈率达98.92%,瘢痕形成率约占12%.结论:应用烧伤湿性医疗技术治疗治愈率高、致残率低、费用低,而且方法简单,易于掌握,值得广大基层医院推广使用.

A Summary of Clinical Experience on Application of MEBT/MEBO in Whole Treatment Course of Severe Burn

Objective： To summarize the clinical experience in the hospital to treat severe burn with MEBT/MEBO in whole treatment course. Method： The 162 cases of patients with severe burn treated with standard application of MEBO/ MEBT in the whole course were collected in recent 8 years. Result： The average healing time of superficial second degree burn wound was 7 days with epidermidalization; deep second degree burn wound achieved physiological healing in 22 days ; while superficial third burn wound were healed in 35 ± 5 days. The total cure rate was up to 98. 92%, and scarring rate accounted for about 12%. Conclusion： MEBT/MEBO has a remarkable efficacy on severe burn with the higher cure rate, lower rate of disability and lower cost and simpler operation method, thus is valuable to be popularized in basic level hospitals.
