| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨护理干预对老年患者心理的影响.方法 选取老年脑卒中偏瘫患者120例,随机分为两组各60例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组针对患者的心理问题进行个性化护理干预,随访6个月,比较两组患者的心理及生活能力的改善情况.结果 患者在治疗后SAS评分均有下降,观察组治疗后SAS评分下降幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.患者在治疗后ADL均有上升,观察组治疗后ADL上升幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 对老年患者进行护理干预是必要的,能有效改善患者的心理状态及生活能力,值得在临床推广.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the methods of nursing intervention for elderly patients with psychological impact. Metllods Choosed 120 elderly patients suffered stroke patients with hemiplegia to divide into study group and controlled group. Controlled group were treated with common nursing, study group were treated with personalized care with psychological nursing. Followed up 6 six months, and compared psychology and viability of these two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Results The decrease of SAS scores of study group was lower than controlled group, and improvement of life quality in study group was better than con- trolled group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion It is necessary of nursing with psychological nursing to improve patient＇s state of mind and life skills to extend in clnic. |
