热毒宁治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效观察

目的 探讨热毒宁治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床应用价值.方法 72例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分为对照组和试验组,各36例.在传统常规护理治疗的基础上,对照组给予利巴韦林静脉滴注治疗,试验组给予热毒宁静脉滴注治疗,观察并对比2组的治疗效果.结果 试验组总有效率为94.4%显著优于对照组的72.2%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;试验组与对照组在退热时间、疱疹消失时间和饮食恢复时间上存在显著性差异,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 热毒宁治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎具有疗效确切、疗程短、安全性高等特点,是治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的一种有效方法.

Effect observation of Reduning injection in the treatment of infantile herpangina

Objective To investigate the value of clinical application of Beduning injection in the treatment of infan- file herpangina. Methods 72 eases of children with herpangina were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group,each of 36 cases. Based on the traditional routine nursing treatment,the control group was given ribavirin for treatment, while the experimental group was given Reduning injection for treatment. The therapeutic effect of the 2 groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.4%, which was higher than 72.2% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was significant difference in the cooling time, hleb disappear time and eating recovery time between the experiment group and the control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusions Reduning injection has the advantages of definite curative effect, shorter treatment course, higher safety etc, which is an effec- tive method for the treatment of infantile herpangina.
