摘 要: | 目的探讨酪氨酸受体激酶B(tyrosine kinase receptorB,TrkB)在不同病理分级的子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法应用组织芯片技术,通过免疫组织化学方法检测86例子宫内膜癌组织(82例为子宫内膜腺癌,2例浆液性腺癌,2例透明细胞癌)标本和20例正常子宫内膜组织标本中TrkB的表达。结果TrkB在子宫内膜腺癌和正常子宫内膜组织中的阳性表达率分别为48.8%和25.0%(P=0.024);随着肿瘤分化程度降低和临床期别升高,TrkB阳性表达率逐渐增高(P=0.011,P=0.028)。有淋巴结转移组中TrkB表达明显高于无转移组(P=0.008)。TrkB在浆液性腺癌和透明细胞癌中呈强阳性表达。结论TrkB的高表达与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展以及浸润转移有关,TrkB可能作为预测子宫内膜癌发生淋巴结转移和浸润转移的间接指标之一。

Abstract: | Objective To determine the expression of tyrosine kinase receptor B (TrkB) in endometrial carcinoma tissues and its clinical significance. Methods A series of endometrium tissue chips were prepared, including 20 normal endometrial tissue samples and tissue samples from 86 cndometrial carcinoma cases, among which, 82 were endometrial adenocarcinomas, 2 serous adenocarcinomas, and 2 clear-cell carcinomas. TrkB was detected with Envision immunohistochemical staining method. Results The expression of TrkB in endometrial adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal endometria ( 48.8% vs 25. 0% , P = 0. 024 ). TrkB expression was associated with surgicopathologic stage ( P = 0. 028 ) and cancer cell differentiation degree ( P = 0. 028, P = 0.011 ). A higher TrkB level was detected in cases with lymph node metastasis ( P =0. 008 ). Strong staining of TrkB was observed in serous adencarcinomas and clear-cell carcinomas. Conclusions Overexpression of TrkB may promote the formation and progression of endometrial carcinoma and participate in the metastasis and infiltration of endometrial carcinoma. TrkB could be regarded as a bio-marker of lymph node metastasis and infiltration of endometrial carcinoma. |
