| 摘 要： | 单发性胃神经纤维瘤临床颇为少见，术前诊断困难。本组６例均经手术和病理证实。作者提出，为避免误诊，在诊断方面除了主观上要提高对本病的认识外，超声胃镜检查应作为首选。免疫病理学检查对于确定诊断则更为可靠。本组有５例进行了免疫病理学检查，免疫组化标记结果均符合胃神经纤维瘤的诊断。此外，本文还结合文献就单发性胃神经纤维瘤的分类、鉴别诊断、特殊表现以及手术方法的选择进行了讨论

| Abstract: | The isolated gastric neurofibroma is a rare disease and is difficult to be diagnosed before operation. Six patients with this disease were admitted to our hospital from 1992 to 1995. The methods of diagnosis included being alert to this disease, ultrasonic gastroscope and immunopathologic examination, especially the latter. It should be differentiated from carcinoma, leiomyoma,and lymhposarcoma of the stomach. Two of these patients received laparoscopic local resection of the tumor, and the others partial gastric resection. |
