| 摘 要： | 目的:观察脑心通胶囊对短暂性脑缺血发作的治疗效果。方法:将47例短暂性脑缺血发作患者随机分成脑心通治疗组27例和肠溶阿司匹林对照组20例,前者给予脑心通胶囊4粒,每日3次,后者给肠溶阿司匹林75mg,每日1次,两组疗程皆为30d。治疗后观察病人临床症状改善情况及血液流变学变化。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:脑心通胶囊治疗短暂性脑缺血发作具有良好的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:to observe the effect of laoxintong capsule on treating transient cerebral ischemia.Method:47 cases of TIA were randomly divided into laoxintong capsule treatment(27 cases) and enteric coated aspirin control(20 cases).The treatment was treated in laoxintong capsule(4 capsule,tid) and the control was treated in enteric coated aspirin(75 mg,qd).The cause was 1 month.The clinical symptom and hemorrheology were detected after treatment.Results:the treatment had better effect than control.Conclusion:laoxintong capsule has the favourable effect to treat transient cerebral ischemia. |
