米氮平治疗儿童抑郁症对照研究

目的 探讨米氮平治疗儿童抑郁症患者的疗效及不良反应。方法 将52例符合《中国精神疾病分类方案与诊断标准》第3版（CCMD-3）抑郁症诊断标准，年龄〈18岁的儿童抑郁症患者，应用米氮平及帕罗西汀各26例进行对照治疗，观察6周，采用汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD），临床疗效总评量表（CGI），副反应量表（TESS）评定临床疗效及不良反应。结果 两药疗效相仿，米氮平起效快，主要不良反应为嗜睡。结论 米氮平治疗儿童抑郁症安全有效，不良反应少。

Comparative Study of Mirtazapine and Paroxetine in the Treatment of Depression in Childhood

Objective To explore the efficacy and side effects of mirtazapine in the treatment of depression in childhood. Methods 52 cases with a diagnosis depression according to CCMD-3, whose ages were less than 18 years old, were randomly divided into mirtazapine proup(n=26)and paroxetine group(n=26) for 6 weeks. Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), clinical global impression (CGI) and treatment emergent sympton scale(TESS) were adopted to evaluate the clinical efficacy and side effects. Results Two drugs had similar efficacy, but mirtazapine took effeets more quickly. The major side effect was somnolence. Conclusion Mitazapine in the treatment of depression in childhood, is a safe and effective antidepressant and produces fewer side effects.
