| 摘 要： | 目的:观察心包腔内尿激酶灌洗治疗结核性心包炎心包增厚的疗效。方法:将结核性心包炎患者53例随机分为治疗组(26例)和对照组(27例)。对照组给予抗结核药、糖皮质激素及心包引流等常规治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用心包腔内尿激酶灌洗,观察并比较2组治疗前、后心包厚度的变化。结果:治疗组心包厚度较其治疗前及对照组治疗后明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:结核性心包炎在常规治疗的基础上给予心包腔内尿激酶灌洗,可有效改善心包增厚。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of intrapericardial urokinase irrigation for pericardiac thickening in tuberculous pericarditis.METHODS:A total of53patients with tuberculous pericarditis were randomly divided into2grou_ ps:27cases in the control group were assigned to receive conventionally antituberculous drugs,glucocorticoid and pericardial drainage,26cases in the treatment group to receive intrapericardial urokinase irrigation as well as conventional therapy as in the control group.Pericardiac thickness were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.RESUL_ TS:As compared with the control group,the treatment group had a significantly reduced pericardiac thickness after treatment(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Pericardiac thickening of patients with tuberculous pericarditis can be effectively improved by receiving intrapericardial urokinass irrigation together with the conventional therapy. |
