高原地区部分少数民族高敏C反应蛋白水平及其影响因素初步调查

目的 探讨高原地区部分少数民族血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的分布及其影响因素.方法 我院2008-01至2011-01收治少数民族住院患者共312例,按血压、血脂水平等将其分为健康组及非健康组,分层比较两组hs-CRP水平.按年龄、性别分层比较hs-CRP水平.结果 hsCRP水平随年龄增加而升高(P＜0.05),大于50岁女性hs-CRP水平高于同年龄段男性(P＜0.05).健康组hs-CRP水平均低于非健康组(P＜0.05);多重线性回归分析表明,年龄、收缩压、BMI、胆固醇、三酰甘油、空腹血糖及冠心病、卒中病史与hs-CRP水平呈正相关,舒张压、高密度脂蛋白与hs-CRP呈负相关.结论 高原地区部分少数民族hs-CRP水平随年龄增加而增高;hs-CRP水平受多种传统心血管因素影响.

Distribution and influential factors of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein in part of ethnic minorities living in plateau

Objective To investigate the distribution and influential factors of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in part of ethnic minorities living in plateau.Methods In survey during the period of 2008 to 2010,a total of 312 hospitalized ethnic minority patients(males 152,females106) received examination of hs-CRP.They were divided into healthy and sick groups to compare their hs-CRP levels between different age and gender.Results The concentrations of hs-CRP increased with age in both males and females(P<0.05).Serum hs-CRP was higher in females≥50y than in males(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that concentrations of hs-CRP were positively associated with gender,age,systolic blood pressure,body mass index,total cholesterol,triglycerides,fasting blood glucose,history of coronary heart disease,and stroke history,but concentrations of hs-CRP were inversely related with diastolic blood pressure,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol.Conclusions Serum concentrations of hs-CRP level in part of ethnic minorities living in plateau increase with age;concentrations of hs-CRP are higher in females≥50y than in males;a variety of cardiovascular factors affect the concentrations of hs-CRP.
