局部外用重组人干扰素α-2b预防尖锐湿疣复发40例

目的 :了解重组人干扰素α 2b乳膏和凝胶2种制剂预防尖锐湿疣 (CA)复发的疗效 ,并比较 2药的效果。方法 :6 0例CA病人均行二氧化碳激光治疗去除疣体。 2 0例局部用干扰素乳膏 ,2 0例局部用干扰素凝胶 ;对照组 2 0例局部不用任何药物。结果 :对照组CA复发率为 75 % ,明显高于治疗组(P <0 .0 1)。外用乳膏组复发率为 15 % ,外用凝胶组复发率为 10 % ,2组之间无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :激光治疗CA去除疣体后继续局部应用重组人干扰素α 2b ,可明显降低CA的复发率。干扰素乳膏和凝胶疗效均满意。

Clinical study of locally external application of recombinant human interferon α-2b in preventing recurrence of 40 patients with condyloma acuminatum

AIM: To study and compare the effect of recombinant human IFNα-2b (recombinant human IFNα-2b gel and recombinant human IFNα-2b cream) for preventing the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum (CA). METHODS: Sixty patients with CA were treated with CO_2-laser to remove the warts. Forty patients were divided into two groups: group A of 20 patients was treated with recombinant human IFNα-2b gel topically, group B of 20 patients was treated with recombinant human IFNα-2b cream locally. The control group of 20 patients was treated with CO_2-laser alone. RESULTS: The recurrent rate of control group was 75 %, which was significant higher than that of group with topical drug(P< 0.01). The recurrent rates of group using recombinant human IFNα-2b gel team and group using recombinant human IFNα-2b cream were 10 % and 15 %, respectively, without significant difference (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: Continuative using recombinant human IFNα-2b locally after laser is effective to lower the recurrent rate of CA. Both recombinant human IFNα-2b gel and recombinant human IFNα-2b cream can make good effect.
