肘关节外侧切口治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折32例临床研究

目的：探讨外侧切口手术治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的效果。方法：本组32例肱骨髁上骨折病例均采用外侧切口，直视下复位满意后行克氏针交叉内固定，辅加石膏托外固定。结果：本组病例术后经9—12个月（平均11个月）随访，复查肘关节正侧位X线片，检查肘关节伸屈、旋转功能及提携角。参照Flum临床功能评定：优24例，良6例，可2例，优良率93．75％。结论：单纯外侧切口手术治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折具有入路简便、安全、显露清晰、操作方便、复位可靠、效果满意、费用低廉等优点，值得临床推广。

Clinical study of laterol incision surgery for 32 children with humerus fracture

ObjectiveTo explre the effect of lateral incision surgery on children′s humerus fractures.MethodTotal 32 cases of humeral fracture were treated by lateral incision,under the open reduction and Kirschenel wires later satisfied with the cross-fixation,Des plus occasional plaster external fixation.ResultsAfter 9～12 months′(average 11 months) follow-up,lateral elbow X-ray was applied to check Shenqu elbow,and the rotation angle helped.Flum assessed in the light of clinical features: excellent in 24 cases,6 good,2 ok,and the excellent and good rate of 93.75 percent.ConclusionSimple lateral incision surgery for children with humeral fracture,the approach is simple,safe and shows a clear looking,easy to operate,reliable reset,satisfied with the results,low cost and so on.
