应用聚合酶链反应对泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体感染的检测分析

应用聚合酶链反应技术（ＰＣＲ）检测了９７例尿道炎、前列腺炎、附睾炎、不育症或宫颈炎症患者的沙眼衣原体（Ｃｔ）感染情况，检出Ｃｔ３５例，总Ｃｔ检出率为３６．１％（３５／９７）。结果表明，泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体的检出率颇高，因此，对这类病人进行Ｃｔ的ＰＣＲ检测，对于及早发现病原，针对病原治疗，控制性传播疾病是相当重要的。ＰＣＲ技术检测Ｃｔ感染具有特异性强，敏感性高，简便快速等优点。

Detection of Chlamydia Trachomatis in Genitourinary Tract With Polymerase Chain Reaction

Using polymerase chain reaction(PCR)to detect chalamydia trachomatis of 97 cases of urethritis,prostatitis, epididymitis, infertility, or cervicitis,35 cases of Ct were detected, the total positive rate of Ct was 36.1%(35/97). The results showed that the positive rate of chlamydia trachomatis was quite high in urogenital tract. Thus, it is very important to give the patients Ct detections with PCR so as to find out the pathogens much earlier, give causal treatment and control sexual transmitted diseases. PCR was indicated as a specific, sensitive, simple and rapid method for the diagnosis of Ct infection.
