关节腔冲洗并注射透明质酸钠治疗轻度膝关节炎70例

摘    要:目的探讨关节腔冲洗并注射透明质酸钠治疗轻度膝关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)的临床疗效。方法 2007年7月至2009年3月共收治70例KOA患者。随机分为两组,治疗组35例,采用关节腔冲洗配合透明质酸纳关节腔注射的二联疗法;对照组35例,单用玻璃酸钠关节腔注射。将两组治疗3个月和2年的疗效随访进行对比观察。结果全部获得随访,随访时间为0.5~2年,平均14个月。治疗后3个月随访,治疗组治愈率为82.8%,对照组为60%(P〈0.01);治疗后末次随访,治疗组复发率为22%,对照组为37%(P〈0.01)。结论二联疗法是治疗KOA的一种简便、安全可靠、无副作用、疗效确切的方法。

Abstract:Objective To investigate clinical effect of joint cavity flushing combined with injection of sodium hyaluronate (HA) on the knee osteoarthritis.Methods Totally 70 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into 2 groups(n = 35 ).In observation group,joint cavity flushing and intra - articular injection of HA were used.And in control group,only injection of HA was applied.The outcomes of the 2 groups were compared after 3 months and 2 years.Results All the patients were followed up and the average duration was 14 months(ranged 6-24 months).The cure rates in observation group and control group were 82.8%and 60%(P0.01) 3 months after treatment,respectively.The recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(22%vs 37%,P0.01).Conclusion Joint cavity flushing combined with injection of sodium hyaluronate is a simple and reliable therapy on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
