摘    要:骨髓间充质干细胞(bone mesenchymal stem cell,BMSC)是一种多潜能干细胞,具有向成骨细胞分化的能力.在BMSC向成骨细胞分化中,有膜内成骨和软骨内成骨2条途径,而且受到众多信号传导通路调控.本文结合相关文献,简要介绍BMWSmads、Runx2/osterix、Hedgehog、Wnt/β-Catenin和MAPK信号传导通路.

Abstract:Bone mesenchymal stem cell is a kind of multi-potential stem cells and can differentiate into osteoblast. The differentiation has membrane bone formation and enchondral bone formation two channels, and is regulated by numerous signal transduction pathways. According to related literatures, we review the signal transduction pathways of BMP/Smads, Runx2/osterix, Hedgehog, Wnt/β-Catenin and MAPK.
