小儿消化性溃疡47例临床研究

目的 探讨小儿消化性溃疡的临床表现，诊断和治疗。方法 回顾性总结４７例纤维胃镜确诊的消化性溃疡患儿的临床表现，诊断和治疗。结果 ４７例消化性溃疡中，腹痛者２３例，呕吐１８例，黑便３２例。镜检溃疡面活动期１８例（３８．３％），愈合期２９例９６１．７％）。４１例作尿素酶试验，ＨＰ阳性２８例（６８．２％）。人科药物二联１、三联疗法，经肝镜治疗及外科手术等治疗，除１例自动出院，其余患儿全部好转或治愈。结论

Clinicai Study of 47 Cases Suffered from Children Peptic Ulcer

Objective:TO discuss the clinical manifestation diagnosis and therapy of children peptic ulcer.Method:Retrospective analysis of clinical manifestation and therapy of 47 cases which diagnosed as peptic ulcer by fiber gastroscopy.Result:28 of 41 cases are HP positive by urease test.All patients have two combining or three combining treatments.most of them responded well except one patient gives up.Conclusion:It is very important that fiber gastroscopy should be applied as early as possible in diagnoses for children with peptic ulcer.It is even beneficial in finding hemorrhage locus and treatment for massive hemorrhage.It also helps in choosing anti ulcer drug and decision the term of treatment.
