痰热清经纤支镜肺泡灌注治疗急性肺脓肿初探

目的探讨痰热清注射液经纤支镜肺泡灌注治疗急性肺脓肿的临床疗效。方法51例患者随机分为两组:对照组(n=24)给予常规治疗及经纤支镜引流加灌注抗生素治疗;痰热清治疗组(n=27)给予常规治疗及经纤支镜引流加灌注痰热清注射液治疗。结果经纤支镜引流加灌注痰热清治疗组的4周治愈率(40.7%)明显高于对照组(25.0%)(P<0.01)。结论经纤支镜引流加灌注痰热清治疗急性肺脓肿疗效较好,可缩短病程,提高疗效,有必要进一步深入研究。

The Initial Research of Tanreqing Injection by Fibrobronchoscope Treated Acute Pulmonary Abscess

Objective To investigative the effect that Tanreqing injection by fibrobronchoscope treats Acute Pulmonary Abscess.Methods 51 patients of acute pulmonary abscess were randomly divided into two groups:Control group(n=24) were treated by routine,support therapy,drainage sputum and injection antibiotic by fibrobronchoscope;Tanreqing injection treatment group(n=27) were also treated routine and support therapy,drainage sputum and injection not antibiotic but Tanreqing injection by fibrobronchoscope.Results The 4 week healing rate of Tanreqing injection treatment group(40.7%) is obviously higher than Control group(25.0%)(P<0.01).Conclusion Drainage sputum and injection Tanreqing injection by fibrobronchoscope to treat acute pulmonary abscess is a better method.Because it have a higher effect,and can greatly reduce the treatment time of acute pulmonary abscess than Control group.It's necessary to research in deeply more.
