中西医结合对胸腰椎骨折患者神经功能恢复效果分析

目的：评价中西结合疗法治疗胸腰椎骨折患者神经功能恢复情况。方法：选取2005年1月～2009年1月我院骨科收治的胸腰椎骨折患者84例作为研究对象，均采用手术复位内固定结合中药、针灸治疗及术后早期康复训练。手术前、后及术后随访1年依据脊椎骨折影像学测量指标与ASIA脊髓损伤分级评定治疗效果。结果：手术后及术后1年各影像学测量指标情况均较手术前有明显改善；具有神经系统症状45例患者术后随访1年神经系统功能恢复取得了较满意的效果，无一例神经损伤加重者。结论：中西结合治疗法是治疗胸腰椎骨折较好的方法，对神经功能的恢复有良好的作用。

Nerves functional recovery evaluation of western medicine and traditional chineses medicine to patients with thoraco-lumbar fracture

Objective： To evaluate the nerves functional recovery of western medicine and traditional chineses medicine to thoraco -lumbar fracture. Metheds：84 cases with thoraco--lumbar fracture were treated with western medicine and traditional ehineses medicine from Jan 2007 to Jan 2009. Follow up one year, spinal fracture imageology measure indexes and ASIA spinal cord injury standard were used to judge the therapeutic efficacy. Results：The spinal fracture imageology measure indexes had significant statistical diference between preoperation, post - operation and one year follow - up. Patients＇ ASIA scores had great improvement one year later. Conclusion： Western medicine and traditional chineses medicine is a fine method to treat thoraco -lumbar fracture ,which offer the possible recovery to spinal cord injury.
