无痛电子结肠镜在儿科下消化道疾病中的临床应用研究

目的：探讨无痛电子结肠镜对儿科下消化道疾病的诊断与治疗价值。方法：回顾性分析189例患儿无痛电子结肠镜检查及治疗的临床资料。结果：174例（92．1％）患儿在内镜下明确诊断，其中结肠息肉63例（33．3％），慢性结肠肠炎48例（25．4％），肛周疾病17例（9．0％），炎症性肠病及其它病变共46例（24．3％）。经内镜高频电凝圈套器摘除肠息肉63例（81颗），无严重并发症。结论：结肠息肉是小儿下消化道出血的主要原因，无痛电子结肠镜检查明确诊断率高，是诊疗小儿下消化道疾病首选的安全有效的方法。

The Clinical Practice Research of Painless Electronic Colonoscopy for Pediatric Patients with Low Digestive Tract Disease

Objective: To discuss the value in diagnosis and treating the young child involving in low digestive tract disease with painless electronic colonoscopy. Methods: Carrying on the analysis to 189 pediatric patients which inspedcd and treated by painless electronic colonoscopy. Results: 174 cases(92.1%) inspected by the colonoscopy are clear about the diagnosis, among them 63 cases (33.3%) were colon polyps, 48 cases (25.4%) were chronic colon enteritis, 17 cases (9.0%) were perianal disease, inflammatory bowel disease and other pathological change altogether 46 cases (24.3%). Totally 63 cases underwent electrocision and 81 polyps were removed with no serious complication. Conclusions: The colon polyp is the main reason for pediatric patients which involve in hematochezia,the painless electronic colonoscopy inspection is clear about the diagnosis rate to be high,is the safely effective method to diagnose and treat pediatric patients who involve in low digestive tract disease.
