| 摘 要： | 目的高效液相色谱法测定安肺胶囊中黄芩苷的含量。方法色谱柱:Diamonsil C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2);流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:280 nm;柱温:室温。结果黄芩苷在7.5～60μg范围内线性关系良好。回归方程为y=63.482x+0.6447,r=0.999 5,平均回收率为99.8%。结论该方法方便、快速、准确,适用于安肺胶囊中黄芩苷的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the content of baicalin in Anfei capsule by HPLC. Methods Chromatographic column ： Diamonsil C 18 column （4.6 mm× 150 mm, 5 um ） ; mobile phase ： methol - water - phosphoric acid（47 ： 52 ： 0.2） ; flow rate ： 1.0 mL · min^-1 ; detection wavelength ： 280 nm ; column temperature：ambient temperature. Results The linear relation of baicalin was good in the range from 7.5 ug to 60 ug. Regression equation ：y = 63. 482x ＋ 0. 644 7 ; r = 0. 999 5. Average recovery was 99.8%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate in operation and it is suitable for the determination of content of baicalin in Anfei capsule. |
