摘    要:目的使本科护理教育课程设置满足新时期对护理人才的需求。方法分析目前我国本科护理教育状况,比较美国护理教育课程体系的结构特点,对我校本科护理教育课程设置进行改革。结果初步形成具有我校特点的课程体系构架。结论通过对我校护理教育课程设置的改革实践,不仅加强对护生获取知识、提出问题、分析问题及创新能力的培养,同时也加强了护生全面素质的提高,适应了现代化对高能力护理人才的需求。

Abstract:Objective To explore how to make the curriculum of baccalaureate nursing program meet the request for the talents in the new time.Method The status of the baccalaureate nursing program in China and the structures of curriculum of baccalaureate nursing program in USA were analyzed and compared.Then,the curriculum in baccalaureate nursing program was reformed in our school.Result The curriculum framework in our school was set up.Conclusion The curriculum reform of baccalaureate nursing program not only strengthened students' competence to acquire knowledge,raise problems and analyze problems and innovation ability,but also enhanced their comprehensive quality.This practice met the request for nursing talents with high-quality in the new time.
