妊娠高血压疾病的产科结局分析

目的：总结不同产科处理对245例妊娠高血压疾病患儿的影响。方法：对245例妊娠高血压疾病患者自然分娩及剖宫产妊娠结局进行回顾性分析。结果：245例妊娠期高血压疾病的剖宫产率、早产、双胎、产后出血、新生儿窒息的发生率明显高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）,围生儿病死率两组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：妊娠期高血压疾病对母儿危害极大,应适时终止妊娠,妊娠35周前、后分娩具有不同的妊娠结局,终止妊娠的方式应首选剖宫产。

Analysis on the results of obstetric of pregnancy-induced hypertensive disorder

Objective：To summarize the impact of obstetric treatment of different diseases on 245 children of pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods：245 cases of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy vaginal delivery and cesarean section pregnancy outcomes were analyzed retrospectively.Results：245 cases of cesarean section rate of gestational hypertension,preterm labor,twin pregnancy,postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal asphyxia were significantly higher,there were significant differences compared with those of the control group（P0.01）,there was no significant difference in the perinatal mortality of two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Hypertensive disorders in pregnancy for mother and children has great harm,should be timely termination of pregnancy,35 weeks of pregnancy before and after delivery has a different outcome of pregnancy,cesarean section is preferred to termination of pregnancy.
