| 摘 要： | 目的 为提高高血压脑出血手术疗效寻找一种途径。方法 采用开颅手术及血肿腔注入尿激酶治疗高血压脑出血36例。结果 本组共36例,存活28例,死亡8例、随访6～18个月,其中康复10例,一侧肢体偏瘫18例,运动性失语3例,无植物生存状态。结论 开颅手术是治疗高血压脑出血的有效方法。

| Abstract: | objective To find a way which can improve the curative effect of operation for
hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 36 cases had been treated by craniotomy and irrigate
urokinase into the hematoma. Results All the cases had been treated by this methods, 28 cases survived,
and others died. All1 patientes were followed up for 6 to 18 months. None of them were persistent
vogetative, motor--aphasia in 3 cases, 18 in hemiplegia, 10 in rehabilitation. Conclusions We think
it is a more effective method. |
