| 摘 要： | 目的探讨结膜囊扩张器在治疗结膜囊狭窄与萎缩的价值。方法对1999年6月~2005年7月共11例(11眼)结膜囊浅窄在结膜囊内置入不同大小结膜囊扩张器。结果5例下穹隆部畸形病例全部治愈,平均治疗时间12天,5例结膜囊中度缩窄全部治愈,平均治疗时间25天,1例结膜囊重度缩窄病例好转。结论结膜囊扩张器能促进结膜囊穹隆部形成,增加结膜总面积,有效矫正结膜囊畸形和缩窄。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigat the clinical valvue of dilater curing contract of conjunctival sac.Methods In 11 patients(11 eyes) suffering malformation and contract of conjunctival sac,different size dilater inserted into conjunctival sac.Results 5 cases with malformation of conjunctiva sac cured,average period of treatment is 12 days,5 cases with midding contract of conjunctival sac cured,average period of treatment is 25 days,1 case with aresia of conjunctival sac mend.Conclusions Dilater can promote the formation of fornicai conjunctiva,increase the total area of conjnrctival,cure malformation and contract of conjunctiva sac. |
