2310例剖宫产手术指征的回顾性分析

目的对我院2310例剖宫产手术进行分析剖宫产指征的构成,探讨如何正确掌握剖宫产指征。方法对我院2007年1月至2010年12月行剖宫产术孕妇2310例临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果剖宫产指征按比例依次是:社会因素(33.65%)、瘢痕子宫(25.22%)、巨大儿(9.7%)、头盆不称(7.34%)、羊水过少(5.83%)、胎位异常(5.04%)。胎儿宫内窘迫(5.83%)等。结论有效降低剖宫产率,应采取开展产前学习,通过产前对孕妇及家属教育,并详细地了解剖宫产及阴道分娩的相关知识,同时医务人员要严格把握剖宫产指征,重视产程的观察和产程处理,提高产科质量和提供优质服务,以降低剖宫产率。

2310 Cases of Cesarean Section in a Retrospective Analysis of Surgical Indications

Objective hospital analysis of 2310 cases of cesarean section constitute indications for cesarean section on how to master the correct indications for cesarean section.Methods The hospital in January 2007 to December 2010 pregnant women,2310 cases of cesarean section clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results The proportion of cesarean section indication are:social factors(33.65%),uterine scar(25.22%),great children(9.7%),cephalopelvic disproportion(7.34%),oligohydramnios (5.83%),fetal abnormalities(5.04%).Fetal distress(5.83%)and so on.Conclusion reduce the cesarean section rate,should be taken to carry out pre-school,through prenatal education for pregnant women and their families,and a detailed understanding of cesarean section and vaginal delivery of relevant knowledge,while medical personnel to strictly cesarean section pay attention to labor and birth process of observation process,improve the quality and availability of obstetric services to reduce the cesarean section rate.
