| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血液系统疾病的染色体核型改变。方法：采用直接法和短期培养法制备骨髓细胞染色体，以R显带技术进行染色体核型分析，结果：本组135例，急性白血病（AL）53例，急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）急性非淋巴细胞白血病（ANLL）及急性混合细胞白血病各为11例，41例及1例，有核型异常者各为5例、25例及1例，慢性髓细胞白血病（CML）26例，除4例经干扰素治疗核型转正常外，余22例均有ph′染色体，慢性淋巴细胞白血病（CLL）5例，仅有1例核型异常；多发性骨髓瘤（MM）13例，3例有核型异常，骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）9例，仅1例核型为46XY，20q^-；再生障碍性贫血（AA）6例，骨髓增殖性疾病（MPD）9例，淋巴瘤（NHL）12例，原发性巨球蛋白血症2例，核型均正常，结论：染色体核型分析是血液系统疾病诊断和分型的一项重要指标。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the karyotypic changes of hematologic diseases. Methods:Chromosome preparations were made on bone marrow cells by using direct method and short term culture. Karyotypes were analyzed by stain of R banding. Results:There were chromosome abnormalities were showed in 31/53 cases with acute leukemias, 22/26 cases with chronic myeloid leukemia, 1/5 cases with chronic lymphoid leukemia, 3/13 cases with multiple myeloma and 1/9 cases with myelodysplastic syndrome. The other karyotypes were normal. Conclusion:Chromosome karyotype is an important tool to diagnose and classify hematologic diseases. |
